Turehelp Care Inc. provides:

  • Home Health Care In-home assistance including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and errands.
  • Personal Support Services (TPSS) Non-medical care and companionship to support clients at home.
  • Support for Children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Person-centered care that supports developmental goals and safety.
  • Home and Community-Based Services Residential support in a family-model home for adults enrolled in the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
  • Child Placing Services Recruitment, training, licensing, and support of foster families, including placement and case management for children under state supervision.

All services are delivered by trained, licensed, or qualified staff in accordance with applicable regulations and individualized care plans.

2. Eligibility and Participation

  • Clients must meet program-specific eligibility requirements, including age, residency, or enrollment in applicable state programs.
  • Care recipients or guardians must provide accurate information regarding medical history, care needs, or relevant personal details.
  • Turehelp Care Inc. reserves the right to decline services if we determine that the service is not appropriate for the client or beyond our operational capacity.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • All services require prior scheduling.
  • Clients or guardians must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling, except in emergencies.
  • Turehelp Care Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be provided at the time of service agreement.
  • Clients are responsible for timely payment of services rendered.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services until account obligations are met.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, or other authorized electronic payment methods.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for care delivery.
  • Follow recommended guidance from Turehelp caregivers regarding health, safety, and care plans.
  • Notify Turehelp of any changes in health status, medication, or living arrangements that may affect service delivery.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Turehelp Care Inc. provides services according to professional standards, but we are not liable for unforeseen outcomes related to client behavior, pre-existing conditions, or events beyond our control.
  • We do not assume responsibility for items lost, damaged, or misused in the client’s home except where caused directly by our employees’ negligence.
  • Use of the website, programs, or services is at the client’s own risk, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Turehelp Care Inc. website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials, is owned by Turehelp Care Inc. or its licensors.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Use
